The Best Carbon Fiber Laminates In The Industry!
We have in collaboration with TeXtreme created two carbon fiber laminates that are custom designed for this frame. Arms are made out of a 2,3mm asymmetric laminate with a T700S core, wrapped with M30SC Intermediate modulus fiber UD along the arms under the outer TeXtreme layer, consisting of 64gsm UTS50 fiber. All other parts are made out of a 1,9mm 0/90 laminate with 7 layers of T700S UD wrapped with 64gsm, UTS50 TeXtreme spread tow fabric.
All carbon fiber are prepregged at SHD and press-cured at 120C.
Weaving, laminate manufacturing, drilling and micro-waterjet cutting are all done in Sweden
We use a micro-waterjet cutter to achieve incredible precision and fit of the parts.
